Philosophy of Education
In order to foster a stimulating learning environment, I connect my teaching to the students’ interest by learning from the perspective of my students. I believe that developing positive student-teacher relationships, providing learning opportunities to intrinsically motivate learners, being creative in my approach, collaborating with teammates, developing mutual trust and respect from parents and administration, and sharing as many of my experiences with others are the keys to outstanding teaching.
